Focal Shockwave Therapy uses focal shockwaves, high-energy sound waves concentrated into a small area. The treatment is used for non-healing wounds (listed below).

- Venous leg ulcers
- Pressure ulcers
- Post-surgical wounds
Focal Shockwave stimulates cell proliferation and tissue regeneration, enhances blood flow, promotes collagen synthesis, and improves wound closure.
Delayed healing of at least one month is required for Medicare reimbursement consideration. Other insurance carriers are subject to self-pay options and/or FSA/HSA coverage.
