Small spider veins often are cleared after one treatment, but sometimes Dr. Pearl will need to repeat the treatment after 4 weeks. With lasers treatment there might be some swelling that will disappear within a few days, you might experience some discolored skin in the areas that have been treated, but this fades in 10-14 days.
