Our office participates with the following insurance companies:

We do ask that all non-covered services, deductibles and copays be paid at the time of service

If our office does not participate with your insurance company, as a courtesy to you we will file your insurance claim for you. You will need to pay for your services at your appointment and we will have your insurance company reimburse you directly.

2. How long is the wait for a new patient to get an appointment?   

Our office tries to give you an appointment as quickly as possible. Usually you can get an appointment within a few days.

3. Do you see emergency appointments on the same day?  

Yes, We have slots available for patient who require urgent care.

Yes, There is someone available 24 hours a day in the case of an emergency.

5. When does Dr. Pearl have patient hours?  

Dr. Pearl sees patient on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., and on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
